We are company with over 30 years experience in external thermal insulation composite systems. We are working on materials Aval company that has years of experience in these systems in countries of severe climate - in central and eastern Europe, as well in Germany, Holland and Scandinavian countries where it is exposed to extreme weather - in winter freezing weather below 30 degrees in summer to a temperature above 40 degrees. This demonstrates the high resistance of the insulation.

 Our wall insulation system is especially suited to all properties which have been previously plastered or pebble dashed or brand new building.

External wall insulation-a good choice for solid and cavity walls.

  • Can be applied without disruption to the household and does not reduce the floor area of your home.
  • Renews the appearance of ageing outer walls. Planning permission may be required so check with your local council before undertaking any work.
  • Fills cracks and gaps in the brickwork, which will reduce draughts.
  • Increases the lifetime of a home’s wall by protecting the brickwork.
  • Reduces condensation on internal walls and can help prevent damp, although it will not solve rising or penetration damp which must be resolved prior to insulating the walls
    Is ideally installed at the same time as other refurbishment work to outer walls as this will save you a lot of money.
  • Requires good access to the outer walls so that the installers can apply the insulation
  • Not recommended if the outer walls are structurally unsound and can not be repaired

    •  EXTERNAL WALL INSULATION COMPOSITE SYSTEM WITH RENDERING

    Our materials are an External Thermal Insulation Composite Sys­tem – ETICS – with rendering. It has been issued with a European Technical Approval ETA-07/0316, issued on the basis of the Guideline for European Technical Approval included in ETAG 004: 2000. The concept of the system is based on the use of extruded polystyrene (XPS) panels as the thermal insulation material, which, in combination with the products included in XPS thermal insulation systems, constitute a specialist system of materials. Due to the properties and type of thermal insulation material, XPS system is designed for use as thermal insulation of external walls, with special consideration to plinths, foundation walls and cellar walls.

    Application of XPS system makes it possible to:

    • obtain the required thermal insulation properties of external walls,
    • extend the lifetime of external walls by protecting them from direct impact of atmospheric conditions,
    • create a long-lasting thermal insulation, resistant to mechanical damage, moisture and biological factors (decay),
    • use a single type of thermal insulation material on entire facades (XPS panels can also be used below the ground level) or, if necessary, combine different thermal insulation materials on one facade – the system is compatible with our external thermal insulation system using expanded polystyrene (EPS) panels (in accordance with ETA-06/0081).
